BL Defence Academy was established in Sikar on 3 May 2022 by Honorary Lieutenant Banwari Lal Mitharwal. He has served the nation for 34 years in Indian Navy as an Electrical Artificer. He holds the four years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Electrical School of Indian Navy, INS Valsura at Jamnagar, Gujarat. He is one of the founding members of the Prince Defence Academy and Royal Defence Academy at Sikar. His vast experience of 11 years in managing these famous defence academies and giving yearly record selections adds to his testimonials. Many old students who are now serving military are always in touch with him.

Hindi Translation:- एक एक क्षण गवाये बिना विद्या ग्रहण करनी चाहिए और एक एक कण बचा करके धन ईकट्ठा करना चाहिए। क्षण गवाने वाले को विद्या कहाँ और कण को क्षुद्र समझने वाले को धन कहाँ ?
English Translation:- One should take knowledge without losing a single second and save every small amount of money. The one who loses time does not get knowledge and those who waste even small amount of money does not become wealthy.

NDA
The National Defence Academy (NDA) is the joint defence service training institute of the Indian Armed Forces, where future officers of the three services i.e. the Indian Army, the Indian Navy and the Indian Air Force train together before they go on to respective service academy for further pre-commission training.
Indian Air Force
The Indian Air Force is the air arm of the Indian Armed Forces. Its complement of personnel and aircraft assets ranks third amongst the air forces of the world. Its primary mission is to secure Indian airspace and to conduct aerial warfare during armed conflict.
Indian Navy
The Indian Navy is the naval branch of the Indian Armed Forces. The primary objective of the navy is to safeguard the nation's maritime borders, and in conjunction with other Armed Forces of the union, act to deter or defeat any threats or aggression against the territory, people or maritime interests of India, both in war and peace.
Indian Army
The Indian Army is the land-based branch and the largest component of the Indian Armed Forces. The primary mission of the Indian Army is to ensure national security and national unity, to defend the nation from external aggression and internal threats, and to maintain peace and security within its borders.

Executive Director
He has served the nation for 34 years in Indian Navy as an Electrical Artificer and retired as an Honorary Lieutenant. He holds the four years Diploma in Electrical Engineering (equivalent to BTech Degree) from the Electrical School of Indian Navy, INS Valsura at Jamnagar, Gujarat. He is one of the founding members of the Prince Defence Academy and Royal Defence Academy at Sikar. His vast experience of 11 years in managing these famous defence academies and giving yearly record selections adds to his testimonials.
Managing Director
He holds the B.Sc. in Nautical Science from Tolani Maritime Institute affiliated to Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has an experience of 12 years in Merchant Navy as an officer at Anglo Eastern Shipping Management Company. He is now involved in the area of academics related to defence recruitments since 2015. He is also experienced in career coaching, group discussions, personality development, and interview skills.
Physical Training Instructor
He has been quite active in the area of physical training for military, police and paramilitary recruitement. His expertise is in long distance running. He has three years of experience as a Coach in the area of Physcial Training.
